Mixed Age Girls’ Softball Competition 2025

Kent has a growing number of clubs who are starting to grow their girls’ sections. A common issue for clubs is not having enough girls at specific age groups to enter competition teams and not enough spaces in their women’s softball cricket teams to accommodate enough school age girls. Therefore, to try and tackle this, we have created a softball cricket competition, allowing girls in Years 7 to 11 to compete in a mixed age format.

Our girls are in the South Group. There are only two teams (Deal Vics and us) as Cowdrey CC have withdrawn from the competition.

The first round of matches are on Sunday 8th June at Three Hills Sports Park.
It’s 8-a-side – 12 over innings.
